Keeping that personal touch with Customers

Keeping track of your customers is as easy as 1,2,3.

1. As each Customer fills in a comment form about your products or service jot down a little something about them. For example they have two boys around ten and eight, or that they just changed jobs, they are a professional painter etc.  When I contact these people later I have a conversation starter and they feel like I know them personally

2. Use their name several times in a conversation. This will help you remember it but will also make them feel important.

3. Ask good questions. Who, what, when, where and why or how are excellent. These types of questions require more than a yes, no answer. This will give you more information for helping them find the right product, answering questions, and also help you get to know them personally.

One of the best ways to make a person feel special is to treat them special. What do you think?
