The Essential Vitamins have been great in the fact that I have not had a cold since I started taking them. My name is Martha. I’m 62 years old. Since being introduced to USANA in January this year, I have been using the Health Pack. They are easy to take. A packet in the morning and a packet at night. No more having to store all those vitamin bottles. I use Autoship and enjoy the convenience of having them delivered right to my door every month. No more worry about running out and having to go to the store to get them, which for me is quite a few miles.I have experienced more energy. I also had suffered from a chronic condition for which I had to take medicine that had some undesirable side effects. I stopped taking the medicine before I was introduced to USANA. I have been taking the vitamins for 7 months. I recently had my yearly physical exam. The doctor asked me several questions and was amazed that the condition had almost cleared. The only thing different that I had been doing is taking the vitamins in the Health Pack. So as I continue taking the vitamins I know body is getting healthier. Thank You USANA!

I would like to share that over the years I have used different beauty products…some worked okay, others not so good,….but when I had the opportunity to attend a Sense Spa and felt the immediate difference in the touch of my skin on my face, I am convinced they are the best I have ever used. Now after several months of use, I can tell the texture and smoothness of my face, as well as the softing of some “age spots” has improved greatly. Thank you for introducing me to the Reset program! I lost 6 pounds in 5 days, had no urge to cheat and lost my cravings for sweets and carbs. I have been able to continue eating according to the GI index. I’ve done other things before and have always had the urge to cheat and was stressed trying to stick with it. With the reset program I have been able to stay on track and feel like I have a hold on my eating habits. Thank you for all the extra ideas, food lists and phone calls, they have been a big help!
